I love the Niacinamide Mist. It really makes a difference on my skin. I have tried a few similar products but none as efficient as it. I wish it also came in a bigger size as it doesn't last me much. The regular size is great for traveling though.

On cold, grey windy days this is my go to moisturiser. Easy to apply a little of the rich cream goes a long way. Lasts all day and leaves my skin feeling lush, protected and just comfortable. Perfect.

Cremen er ganske fin og lækker. Jeg er dog meget skuffet over en tube med undertryk, cremen vælter ud, og så er låget temmelig svært at skrue rigtigt på.

Jeg er virkelig vild med den her creme! Føler virkelig min hud bliver fugtet ordentligt igennem og beroliget. Kæmpe plus at den trænger ind og ikke lægger sig ovenpå huden; dermed føler jeg ikke den er for fed, selvom jeg døjer med akne. Tak Woods!

I forhold til en akne-ramt hud har produktet som du beskriver nemlig ikke ingredienser, der er tilstoppende og samtidig med en ph-værdi, der er en smule mere til den syrlige side, sørger den for, at skadelige bakterier mm ikke får et miljø de trives i. Derudover stabiliserer niacinamide samt C-vitaminet hudens balance så rødme, irritation mm dæmpes. Hvis du ikke allerede er bekendt med Daily Hydra Cream, vil vi kunne anbefale at du skifter over til dette produkt, når vi rammer maj måned, da hudens naturlige olier får et andet udgangspunkt kva det mildere vejr, og du vil forhåbentligt opleve samme effekt, men i en lettere sommercreme. We appreciate your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our Ultra-Rich Cream didn’t meet your expectations. The product is especially made for dry/sensitive skin and contains 29% natural oils. The abundance of natural oils allows the product to penetrate deep into the skin. However, because we have added natural rice starch to the product, it does leave the skin with a matte, non-glossy finish, which may contribute to the feeling of insufficient hydration.
If you feel like your skin needs more moisture, I suggest incorporating our Intense Hydra Serum into your skincare routine before applying the Ultra-Rich Cream. This combination should enhance the overall hydration effect.

Min hud har fået mere fugt er blevet mere harmonisk at se på og som en stor bonus har produktet fjernet den håndeksem, som jeg kæmpet med i mere end 25 år. Dette udelukkende fordi jeg påfører serummet med hænderne. Jeg er kæmpe fan.
I decided to give this new product a try and regret it. The cream is very thick, even the thinnest layer (without using any other products) just sits on my skin and leaves a layer of film. It even irritated my skin in some spots. I definitely won't be buying this again.

Thank you for your feedback on the Ultra-Rich Cream. We're sad to learn that the product hasn't met your expectations.
The product is definitely not supposed to stay on the surface of the face as a film. We formulated the product with natural oils because they have the ability to penetrate the skin, in contrast to mineral oils like paraffin and petroleum found in some richer creams.
I suspect that there might be a conflict with one or more products you're using beneath the Ultra-Rich Cream. We know from experience that combining a gel-based serum with an oil-based cream can result in some rubbing, as they may not chemically harmonize well on certain skin types.
Another potential cause for the rubbing could be the amount of Ultra-Rich Cream applied or the number of other products layered underneath. Using too many products may oversaturate the skin, causing the excess product to rub off.
While pinpointing the exact cause of the rubbing may be challenging, I recommend adjusting the dosage and avoiding the use of additional products beneath the Ultra-Rich Cream to see if it makes a difference.
We really hope that you will give this product another chance, as it can really give some impressive results.

I am sorry to say that when using either the daily hydra cream or the ultra rich cream, my type 1-rosacea is triggered and I am left with a warm and flushing face. So I’ve had to “upgrade” them to hand cream. Really sorry as I had heard good things about these products.

My skin tone has become more clear and some of my many dark spots have really faded. I am still on the first bottle but have one more in storage as I do not want to run out of this amazing product. I really like what it does to my skin and that it is easy to apply. I apply a thin layer every night before bed time.

I love using it, especially now with the cold weather and rough winds. I love the way it leaves my skin very smooth and plump, also around the eyes it's fantastic. It doesn't clog the pores and it's easily absorbed in the skin. It's a perfect winter cream for me.

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like what you have experienced is a normal flushing reaction due to the AHA acids. This is completely normal and actually to be expected when using a chemical peel mask like our Intense Peel Mask.
Our Intense Peel Mask contains two types of AHA acids: glycolic acid and lactic acid. These are skin-friendly acids that effectively exfoliate, dissolve dead skin cells, and promote collagen production. However, as these are exfoliating acids, temporary redness is a completely expected response, indicating the product is effectively doing its job.
I'm interested in learning more about the nature of the reaction – did you experience a burning sensation and/or itchiness or was is only redness/flushing that subsided after some time? As I mentioned earlier, it is it completely normal to experience redness after applying the mask, but the redness usually subsides after a few hours and does not involve small knobs/and burning.
