4.1 You can cancel the agreement of purchase without justification within 30 days of the date on which you or any of your designated third parties come in physical possession of the products.
4.2 In the case that several different products have been ordered in a single order but delivered individually (i.e., separate deliveries), the right to cancellation expires 30 days after the day you receive the last products.
4.3 Returns can only be made for entire Skincare Kits, Gift Sets, and hair care kits (Sets and Essentials) from Woods Copenhagen. Partial returns – returning individual selected products from a Skincare Kit, Gift Set, or hair care kit – are therefore not possible.
4.4 Woods Copenhagen provides an extraordinary 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased through https://woodscopenhagen.com. According to the guarantee, you can return the product(s) and get the full amount refunded if you are not satisfied with the results of the product(s). In other words, you can return the product(s) if you aren’t satisfied with it, even if it has been opened and used. The guarantee does not affect the consumer's inalienable rights under applicable law but is a special service Woods Copenhagen provides to the consumer. The product must be sent to us within 30 days after you have received the product. When the product is returned in accordance with the guarantee, this must be done in accordance with Woods Copenhagen's general return policy. In addition, you must inform Woods Copenhagen that you make use of the guarantee.
If you haven’t followed the instructions for the product, Woods reserves the right to refuse the consumer to make use of the guarantee.
4.4.1 Returns under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee can only be made for entire Skincare Kits, including Gift Sets, and Hair Care Kits (Sets and Essentials) from Woods Copenhagen. It is therefore not possible to return individual products that were purchased as part of a skincare kit, Gift Set, or hair care kit (Set or Essentials).
4.5 In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous statement. You can use the standard cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory.
4.6 You must ensure that the products are properly packed. You are responsible for the package(s) until Woods Copenhagen receives it. Please return the products to: Wcph ApS, Aaboulevarden 52, 2.4., 8000 Aarhus C. We recommend that you save the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the carrier.
4.7 Returns and refunds of products are only applicable if the products are returned in the same condition as when received. Products that have been used up or damaged after receipt will not be accepted for a refund.
4.8 Woods Copenhagen offers free return of the product(s) within 30 days. You must send the cancellation according to point 4.5 to info@woodscopenhagen.com and thereafter, you will receive a return label. Your return will only be free if you use the return label sent to you by Woods Copenhagen. The product(s) must be sent no later than 30 days after you have received the order according to point 4.1. and 4.2.
4.9 Woods Copenhagen only provides one free return label for each order. Should you want to make a second return, you will have to pay the shipping for this return by yourself.
4.10 Upon return of the product, we will refund all payments received from you related to the specific order. This includes delivery costs but is limited to the most inexpensive standard delivery we support. The refund will happen without unnecessary delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days after the day we have received your notice to cancel the agreement of purchase. We will make the refund back to the same means of payment as you used when completing the original transaction - unless you have specifically agreed to something else.
We can retain the refund until we have received the product(s) or you have provided us with sufficient proof of the return.
